EA Speaks Out

Electronic Arts has spoken out about the situation with UbiSoft. EA says that they have had lots of discussions with other game companies, including Activision, UbiSoft and Eidos. So, EA is saying that they have not making hostile bid, they just happened to have the chance to buy that much talked 20% stake of UbiSoft.
