UbiSoft Press Conference In Canada

On February 1st, UbiSoft will hold a press conference in Montreal. Lot of important people especially from Canada's and Quebec's governments are present but Yves Guillemot will not be there. What could it be? Education center? Probably nothing too commercial, maybe a purchase of small development studio. Lots of tea and biscuits, let's wait this out.
