Electronic Arts Drops The Bomb

On a conference call with investors, Electronic Arts told that they could be thinking about buying more UbiSoft stocks, maybe even a controlling stake. Naturally this had an unfavorable effect on UbiSoft's stock price, because with an open challenge like this, UbiSoft has to spend quite some money to defend itself. All the work UbiSoft has to do to defend themselves will be away from normal work. All that Electronic Arts has to do is to show the money. Electronic Arts uses elbows in such a marvelous way... Does anyone remember how they claimed that they intend to be just good shareholders?
